

The Balance Experience
Hearts gently returned to balance - along with the strength to care for those we love - within the serene and nurturing atmosphere of Sathira-Dhammasathan, Bangkok.

Thank you to all who joined The Balance Experience with openness and sincerity.
This special course was offered in both Thai and English, creating a shared space for local and international participants to learn, connect, and grow together.
Over the course of three days and two nights (20–22 May 2025), participants learned to prepare international healthy dishes such as Buddha Bowl, Shakshuka, and Kimchi, as well as fermented health drinks like Kombucha and Vinegar.
They also practiced making Tempeh and other nourishing recipes for both body and mind.
Participants explored the six pillars of lifestyle medicine and discovered how to apply them in daily life to support balance in body and mind.
The experience also included mindful walking, crystal singing bowl sessions, sitting meditation in the Himalayan salt room, Himalayan salt foot soaks, and tree hugging -
simple yet powerful practices that reconnected many with nature and restored deep inner calm.
Our heartfelt thanks to Pimjai Duangnate for sharing grounded, practical wisdom,
and to Ms. Sabina Tripathi, who gently guided everyone back to their heart -
to love themselves more fully, and to care for others with presence and compassion.
Seeing how even small offerings can truly touch lives
quietly inspired the creation of more spaces for emotional care in society -
through special courses that continue to serve the community
and carry forward the aspiration of Ven. Mae Chee Sansanee Sthirasuta,
who wished for people to live with balance in body and mind, a sense of meaning, and less suffering.
Some of our future special courses will also be available in both Thai and English -
to welcome diverse hearts into shared learning and healing.
